The 50th Anniversary Monticello Christmas Parade is scheduled to begin at 6:00 this evening, the lineup is to begin at 5:00. The route will remain the same as the last several years. This year’s grand marshall is Calvin Kinnett, the hometown heroe is the late Fire Chief, Steve Ferrell.
