BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
8 oz. blue cheese
1 pt. mayonnaise
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. chives
1 T. coarsely ground pepper
1 c. sour cream
½ c. buttermilk (add more next day)
Crumble blue cheese with a fork and mix with mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chives, and pepper. Add sour cream and buttermilk. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Add extra buttermilk as desired. Refrigerate for up to one month. Makes one quart.
