Wayne County Homemaker Recipe – White Chocolate Fudge by Helen Massengale


1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

1 ½ tsp. vanilla

12 oz. white chocolate (chips or bark)

¾ c. chopped pecans

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with a mixer.  Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth.  Melt white chocolate in the microwave, making sure not to overcook by cooking one minute at a time.  Then stir.  Add melted chocolate to the mixture and beat until smooth.  Stir in pecans.  Pour mixture into a buttered greased 8×8 inch pan.  Chill in the refrigerator until firm.  Cut into small squares.
