Wayne County High School 2021 Homecoming Candidates

Wayne County High School Homecoming will be celebrated on September 17th when the Football Cardinals play McCreary County at home on Jewell Field.

Leading up to the event, the annual Homecoming Parade will be held on Thursday, September 16th at 5:30 p.m. as the school football team, king and queen candidates, cheerleaders, dance team and marching band travel down Main Street. Those participating will meet at 5:00 p.m. to line up near the Dollar General Store and Ringley Tire parking lots.

The 2021 Homecoming Court includes: Mariah Bowlin, Mallory Campbell, Amber Clark, Maggie Coffey, Shaylie Dobbs, Isabelle Phillips, Natalie Reagan, Xaivea West, Gage Gregory, Renan Dobbs, Jayden Keith, Owen Morrow, David Ni, Dalton Parmley, Kason Stockton, and Emory Turner.

Students will be taking a second vote at school, midweek to determine the king and queen, which will be announced at halftime of the football game. The game starts Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. Go Cards!
