One Person Served in recent Lawsuit involving CTS, Nfinitylink, and Others

The legal dispute involving CTS and Infinity Link Communications continue to evolve as one person named in a recent lawsuit has been served


A lawsuit was filed in January by the Monticello and Wayne County telecommunications board and community telecom services against Nfinitylink Communications, Jeremy L. Rich, Roger Dale Hancock and unnamed individuals.


Court records show that Dale Hancock was served on February 18th while Nfinitylink, and Jeremy Rich have not been served at this time.

Hancock will have 20 days from the date he was served in which to respond.


The lawsuit asks for judgement in favor of the plaintiffs along with recovery of all costs expended including but not limited to attorney’s fees and other costs, and for all other relief, both legal and equitable to which the plaintiff is entitled.
